Instant Ice packs – These are ice packs that are normally at room temperature and when activated , they react with the chemicals inside and form an Endothermic reaction as a result of which they release cold energy . Although these instant icepacks are not as efficient as the normal gel packs , they are able to stay cool for over 15 minutes .These Instant icepacks are predominantly used incase of any Sports injury and commonly found in the First Aid Kit.
